MAINTENANCE FEE


As of January 1, 2024, the maintenance fee for Palm Greens Condo 1 is $530.00 monthly. Payments are due on the 1st of every month. If payment is not received by the 10th, a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your account.

 

  • Payments can be made with a check, money order or electronic auto pay.  No cash or credit cards are accepted.
