MAINTENANCE FEE

As of Jan 1, 2023, the maintenance fee for Palm Greens Condo 1 is $430.00 month.  Payments are due on the 1st of every month. If your payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.

• Payments can be made with a check, money order or electronic auto pay.  No cash or credit cards are accepted.

• Please make your check payable to:  “Palm Greens Condo 1”.

• Payments may be placed in the box outside the Condo 1 office or the box located in the clubhouse lobby by the elevator.  Payments may also be mailed to:
